Aleman Fitzgerald Properties, LLC is a privately held, Family owned Real Estate Development Company located in Delaware.
Our projects range from the redevelopment of abandoned buildings into award winning restaurants and office facilities. We have also purchased and renovated many foreclosed and forgotten homes, bringing new life into communities.
APARTMENT/RESTAURANT RE-DEVELOPMENT
For this particular project, we rescued a historic building that was had a demolition order placed on it by the local municipality. The 5 apartments were gutted and rebuilt and the old thrift store was converted into what has become an award winning Salvadoran Restaurant, Doña Maria's Pupuseria. This project was completed on time and within budget. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from start to finish despite complications in order to enhance communities and revive dying neighborhoods.
SMALL BUSINESS INCUBATION - SEAFORD EXECUTIVE CENTER
Aleman Fitzgerald Properties, LLC completely renovated this abandoned mixed use commercial building by rehabbing 14 apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor and completely updating 30+ office suites.
The finished product, the Seaford Executive Center, has been serving as a small business incubator in Sussex County ever since. Entrepreneurs are able to rent space for a modest fixed monthly fee. The rent includes all utilities (electric, water, sewer), trash, pest control, a secured mailbox in the lobby, professional cleaning, and 24 hour access to the building which is equipped with surveillance systems.
Many of the small businesses use their time in the Executive Center to grow their business, where they transition out to their own storefronts and other larger spaces.
